Link Love: Hi-Desert, Joshua Tree | June 2017

I represented the out of town buyers on this very cheerful, renovated homesteader cabin that is located on the border between North Joshua Tree and 29 Palms. The previous owner was going to use it exclusively as an art studio, so they added skylights, lots of ceiling fixtures light and electrical outlets. One room homesteader cabins like this make great, low maintenance weekend/vacation houses. There were three offers the first weekend the house went on the market and my clients beat out an all cash offer.
