Atwater is hot. I wrote an offer for a client last week and they were competing with 37 other offers! Sadly, they didn’t get it. But it illustrates the high demand for this walkable neighborhood near the LA River. Median sold price up 19% over a year ago.
The median sold price up 26% in West Hollywood from February 2015 to February 2016. Highland Park and Mt. Washington are also up 26% in same time period.
Mt. Washington is super hot right now. Median sold price is up 26% over 1 year ago. A lot of flippers are going after properties in this area, because you can still get some relatively cheap properties than need TLC.
In Los Feliz, the inventory is down 38% since a year ago and median sale price is up 55%–
